The ownership of Souk Al Shater, the Lebanese lunch spot and small grocery at 43-03 Queens Blvd, recently changed hands. Several neighborhood reports suggest that the new Souk, defying the odds, has gotten better: great Zataar bread, exceptional hummus, and the already-oustanding sandwiches.
